Widely used in Mexican recipes, such as the famous guacamole sauce, avocado, in addition to being delicious and combining with different foods, provides numerous health benefits.

Much is said about its high caloric content, due to it being rich in fats (good ones — unlike those we ingest when eating fried food). However, despite containing a large amount of fat, its calorie content is low.
